In March 2010, Experts of the Internet & Society Co:llaboratory formulated a questionnaire based on 11 questions about the most relevant aspects like standardization, media literacy, data protection, development of democracy and intellectual property. Based on the results of this survey the Experts worked on conclusions to each aspect and developed specific recommendations for various decision-makers.
